Sibling works for USDA, am i disqualified?

I have a sibling that works for a branch of the USDA, they have no part in the promotion, design or judging of this event, does this still mean I can't submit an app for this challenge?

    Hi David,

    I'm sorry, but you are correct. Since your sibling works for the USDA you wouldn't be eligible for prizes. You're still welcome to work on the competition - you simply wouldn't be eligible for a prize.
