Regarding IoT Projects

I'm a doing a project with mobile app + custom made hardware by me.
Is custom made hardware allowed? I'm using 2 USDA datasets as well.
Also can I add the USDA dataset in my application as offline as well?

    Hi Sarthak Sethi,

    Thanks for your question. Yes, you may enter a solution using custom hardware as long as you meet the listed requirements. There is no rule that your application must be available online.

    However, please note that the rules do require that you "...make the Application available free of charge and without any restriction, for testing, evaluation and use by the Poster, Administrator and judges during the Challenge and until the Judging Period ends."

    With this in mind, we may request access to your hardware device for testing.
