How is our app going to be accessed

Hi Moderators,
I want to know how this app is going to be accessed. Is it by mere watching of the video or by practical accessibility of the app. am asking this because I want to integrate an admin components that can allow the moderators to automatically make a direct call for instance on Rice ARMS API and automatically generate a statistcal reports of varietes on the fly. If the judging is just by watching of the video only. let me know so that i don't waste my time on this.

    Hello Bush John,

    Thanks for your question and your interest in this competition!

    Per Section 6C of the rules: "Submission Review: JUDGES are not required to test the Application and may choose to judge based solely on the text description, IMAGES and video provided in the Submission."

    However, per Section 4B of the rules: "(v) Testing: The Maker must make the Application available free of charge and without any restriction, for testing, evaluation and use by the Poster, Administrator and judges during the Challenge and until the Judging Period ends."

    The bottom line is that if you include a feature in your text description, video, etc. we'll need to be able to test that functionality in your submitted application. While judges are not required to test all applications we do require that access to the full application be provided.
